The Durango Park development of Avondale, AZ has reported 37 active houses listed for sale so far in 2016 by month end November. The 180,000-199,999 price category saw one of the greatest numbers of residences for sale with 14 units. Compared to the same time period during 2015, which had 48 for sale properties, Durango Park showed a 22.9% fall in the overall amount of active residential listings, a year-to-year net decrease of 11 properties. The area's average year-to-date active list price showed a net increase of 9.5% from the same period last year, rising to $185,219. The average days on market for active property listings in Durango Park was 37 days through the end of November, which is a 41.3% decrease from the average when compared to this time period a year ago. Residences for sale appear to be taking less days to sell this year on average.

As of November 30, 2016, the Durango Park Avondale reported a total of 31 properties sold year to date, and the average closed sales price of $184,190 rose 8.1% over the average price of $170,416 from the same period one year ago. Compared to the same time period last year, which recorded 38 properties sold, Durango Park posted an 18.4% reduction in total amount of sold listings, showing a net fall 7 closed sales.
