Through October this year, the Dobbins Point subdivision located off Dobbins Road and 43rd Avenue in Laveen, AZ posted a total of 46 actively listed homes during 2016. At 22 properties the 250,000-299,999 price category had one of the largest numbers of homes for sale in Dobbins Point. When compared to the same reporting period last year, which had 37 houses for sale, Dobbins Point has showed a 24% increase in the overall amount of active real estate listings. The average list price year to date posted an increase of 1.6% over the same period in 2015, coming in at $299,269. The average days it took to sell homes in Dobbins Point was 66 days through the end of October. This is a 12.0% reduction from the average in comparison to this period a year ago.
