Acacia Crossings Maricopa Sees 54% Rise in Properties Sold

The Acacia Crossings neighborhood in Maricopa posted a total of 43 residential home sales year to date through the month of October 2015 as the average sales price of $138,330 showed a reduction of .4% from the average closed price of $138,893 from this time period a year ago. When compared to this time range during 2014, which saw 28 properties sold, Acacia Crossings reported a 53.6% increase in overall number of sold residential listings, a year-to-year net gain 15 completed transactions. With 22 residential property sales year to date, the 120,000-139,999 price bracket recorded one of the highest numbers of completed sales.

Home Listings Record 33% Gain. Through the end of October 2015, Acacia Crossings showed 57 actively listed properties year to date. At 30 residences for sale, the 120,000-139,999 price range saw one of the largest numbers of listings. When compared to this time range during 2014, which posted 43 for sale homes, Acacia Crossings showed a 32.6% improvement in the total amount of active residential listings, a year-over-year increase of 14 residential homes. The year-to-date average active list price posted a net rise of 1.8% from this reporting period last year, reaching $144,451. Residences for sale are on the market less time this year on average. In comparison to this reporting period during 2014, the cumulative days on market for active homes for sale in Acacia Crossings was 53 days, a decrease of 41.8%.
