Dana Ranch Mesa AZ House Prices Show 25.2% Gain

The Dana Ranch development in Mesa AZ recorded a total of 13 homes sold year to date as of August 31, 2015 as the average sales price of $275,409 increased 25.2% from this period during 2014. Compared to the same period during 2014, which posted 15 sold homes, Dana Ranch experienced a 13.3% decline in overall volume of sold listings, a year-to-year net fall 2 sales. At 7 properties sold year to date, the 300,000-399,999 price range showed one of the highest numbers of closed transactions.

Home Listings Post 14% Gain. By the end of August, Dana Ranch had a total of 25 active residential listings so far this year, and the 300,000-399,999 price range posted one of the greatest numbers of homes for sale at 14 units listed. In comparison to the same reporting period during 2014, which showed 22 for sale properties, Dana Ranch had a 13.6% improvement in the overall active residential listings inventory, a year-over-year net increase of 3 properties. The average active list price year to date of $291,624 recorded a gain of 13.4% above the average price of $257,197 from this reporting period last year. The cumulative days on market (CDOM) for active for sale homes in Dana Ranch was 36 days through August, a 52.6% decrease compared to the same reporting period one year ago. Residences for sale are taking less time to sell this year on average.
